Company activities

We are two executives with extensive business and industrial experience, specializing in general management, business development, operations and engineering.

After many years of experience leading international companies with a presence in Europe, the United States and Africa, we are looking to get involved in a new long-term business project.

Our goal is to identify an established company in the Barcelona metropolitan area whose founder or owners are considering a succession process and wish to ensure the continuity of the company for employees, customers and suppliers.

We are not seeking a financial transaction or a speculative purchase. We aim to gradually assume management and leadership responsibilities for a company with a future, respecting its culture, values, and history.

Unique selling points

We are particularly interested in companies with their own products, engineering or technical development capabilities, and a solid customer base. We value business models where the company designs its products or solutions, coordinates manufacturing with specialized suppliers, and adds value through assembly, integration, commissioning, or technical service.

Although we are open to various industrial and technological sectors, we do not consider activities directly related to automotive or computer software or hardware.

Other

We believe the best transition is a gradual one. Therefore, we prefer a structured process with different stages, allowing the current owner or founding team to remain involved with the company during a transition period of at least one or more years, contributing their expertise and supporting the handover.

We are open to different ways of joining: initial minority stake, gradual sale, entry as managing partners or progressive acquisition of the company.

Rather than maximizing the price of a transaction, we seek to build a relationship of mutual trust based on a common goal: to ensure the future of a successful company and preserve the work developed over the years by its founders.
