Is my advertisement automatically renewed?

No, your advertisement is not automatically renewed. Toward the end of the listing period, we will contact you to check on the status of the sale. You can then decide whether you wish to extend the listing.

Will my advertisement be posted anonymously?

Absolutely, advertisements with us are 100% anonymous. They do not include your company name, and your contact details are not shared with interested parties.

Do you use a fixed base price?

We believe in transparency, and that certainly applies to our package pricing. With us, you pay a fixed price for the visibility of your advertisement to our 80,000 monthly visitors. We believe this visibility should be the same for everyone, regardless of company size, revenue, region, or industry.

Do you charge a success fee when my business is sold?

No, you do not pay a success fee or commission upon a successful sale. You only pay a fixed price for placing your advertisement. We believe in transparency with no hidden surprises (for example: 0.5% of €100,000 = €500 on top of the listing price).

How long does it take to sell my business?

This question is difficult to answer, as it varies by industry, region, and even by individual business. On average, it takes about six to twelve months to sell a company. We've tailored the duration of our package to reflect this timeframe. During this period, an advertisement typically receives around 12 responses, though this can vary depending on several factors and is different for every business.

How do I sell my business through this platform?

You can sell your business by placing an advertisement that includes your business profile. This profile consists of several standard elements, such as the industry, region, and a written description of your company. All advertisements on our platform are 100% anonymous. Your contact details are not shared, and your company name is not mentioned in the ad — not even in the description.

The advertisement with your business profile is part of the ‘Sell a Business’ package. In addition to the ad, the package includes various informational and process documents designed to support you throughout the business transfer process. Before we publish your ad in our database, we’ll first go over it with you by phone to make sure everything is accurate.

Your business profile will also be featured once in our newsletter, which is sent weekly to 25,000 subscribers. The package is valid for six months and does not renew automatically. We also do not charge any success fee upon a completed sale.

We send your anonymous company profile to potential acquisition candidates in the market. In this way, we approach a list of up to 25 recipients.

Response Management

We manage the incoming responses to your profile. We first send a non-disclosure agreement and, if applicable, additional information, ensuring that only genuinely interested parties are forwarded to you.
