We are seeking an investment partner to establish a company dedicated to operating two existing cafes. The first offers the best tapas and larger portions in the area, as well as daily set menus and takeaway options. It boasts a wide variety of tapas, larger portions, toasts, and pinchos. The second establishment is a well-known tavern in the neighborhood, offering larger portions, desserts, and more. It is open every day of the week. Currently, we are looking for a partner to manage both the cafe and the tavern, with the aim of expanding the businesses in the coming years. We have two premises available: one approximately 280 square meters across two floors with seating for 52 diners and a terrace, and the other approximately 50 square meters. Both are currently under lease agreements.
