COMPANY DESCRIPTION
This is a family-owned meat processing company dedicated to the slaughter and sale of cattle and swine, located on a property of approximately 10,000 square meters. It has its own wastewater treatment plant. Its weekly slaughter capacity is around 1,500 head of cattle, and it has sufficient cold storage capacity for freezing and/or preserving that quantity of carcasses. The company is situated in the heart of Buenos Aires Province, the best cattle-raising region in Argentina, and its strategic location provides immediate access to major livestock supply centers, as well as wholesale and retail markets and the port of Buenos Aires. It was formerly a meat exporter, but its facilities will need to be updated to obtain the necessary permits. Sales to foreign investors will be possible with 50% of the price paid in cash and the remainder financed with a mortgage (sale against clear title).
