Company history/background
I am selling a hostel in Bello Horizonte, the only certified beach in Santa Marta (Caribbean - Colombia).
The hostel is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, there is a reception/living area, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are four en-suite bedrooms; currently, there are two double rooms, one triple room, and a shared room for five people.
Company activities
Currently, we only offer accommodation. We have agreements with tour companies (Taxi Marino and Wiwa). There is potential to add a restaurant/bar.
Unique selling points
The hostel is the only one in the area that is on the best beach just 50m from the sea.
Other
The property is rented, we pay approximately 500 euros per month in rent and we have a contract at least until December 2024.
