Company history/background

The company has a broad business scope. It began as a vehicle sales and purchase business and for the past two years has focused on comprehensive vehicle renovations (in northern Spain), and is building stores throughout Spain, as well as organizing stands and events across Europe.

Company activities

I'm looking for a capital partner or buyer for a renovation company with ongoing projects and additional workload. With current projects, the investment can be recovered in less than a year. The price includes two 16-month-old vans.

I could stay in the company as a partner, or if it is bought from me as a collaborator who could manage the current works for 1 or 2 years.

The company does not have its own employees; it always hires freelancers or subcontracts to other partner companies.

I also accept cash.

We do not sell any products; we are a construction company that carries out renovations and trade fair stands as well as events.

The business is running perfectly. I made a significant investment, and a large portion of the profits are going toward paying down the debt. However, there's still a cash surplus that allows me to live comfortably. The reason I'm looking for a partner or buyer is due to the headaches caused by the lack of capital to finance all the business operations. It's causing me a lot of stress and keeping me up at night.

I need to get my finances in order. I can stay with the company to finish the projects already underway and continue securing more work, which is my strength—sales. My real passion is the automotive world, and that's what I'd truly like to return to.

The investment required, with the current level of work, can be recovered in one year.
