Company history/background

Land for family, children's and tourist leisure, set in a natural area listed as a Site of Community Importance.

It is located on the shores of a lake, very close to a yacht club and the beach. The plot of land has an area of ​​18,000 m2, with 2,500 m2 of buildable land.

Due to its fantastic location, the project has countless possibilities for organizing outdoor activities:

• Cultural activities: bike rides, horseback riding, and walking. Organized visits to observatories and parks, museums, monuments, and exhibition halls in the nearest city. Organization of various events, such as concerts, film screenings, and theater performances.
• Sports: courses and competitions of all kinds, fishing, dressage…
• Recreational activities focused on children: bouncy castles, games, workshops…

It has a cafeteria and a dining room that has been operating since 2017, offering cuisine representative of the area.

The site is classified as an urban green zone, allowing for the construction of any desired buildings, such as accommodation, supermarkets, or sports facilities.
