We are seeking an innovative investor with a positive outlook on future technologies to finance our initial projects, which we plan to develop throughout Spain and the Spanish islands. AcerOscuro homes reflect the highest possible quality in modern construction with a unique design. We understand that we don't offer "cheap" homes. However, our prices, relative to the quality and design, are very competitive and well-positioned in the market. Potential investments per project range from approximately €450,000 to €1,000,000 (depending on the property and land acquisition costs). The investor is guaranteed ownership of both the land and the home from day one. The investor benefits from a 10% discount on our sale prices. From the date of land acquisition, we exclusively market the property through our real estate agency. The final sale price is then increased by 20%.
